Thing is, Elecbyte, the makers, "hit a snag" around 4 years ago, and their site shut down. I actually was going to make a whole TMNT-themed game, but the graphics I had were not sufficient. If you have a programmer's mind, you can figure out the system pretty easily. cns files, the move files, and created some custom supers. I played around with this thing for a while.
